Does bleeding invalidate wudhu? Question: Does bleeding from pus invalidate wudhu (ablution)? Also does bleeding even small amount from any wound invalidate wudhu? Answer: In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh. If the blood flows and moves from its place, then the wudhu will be invalidated. However, the wudhu will not break if the blood simply appears on the surface but does not move or flow from the surface. [1]
